Holland’s answer to Emmentaler, (naturally ripened) Maasdam has a sweet, buttery, nutty flavor. Supple in texture, this famous Dutch cheese is dotted with eyes (round holes), giving it its typical appearance. Maasdam has a lip-smacking creamy texture.
